Cleaning and Domestic Assistance

  • Ensure that candidates meet all legal and regulatory requirements for working with vulnerable populations.

  • Train support workers to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with NDIS and organizational standards.
  • Stress the importance of maintaining client confidentiality and privacy, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide guidelines on handling sensitive client information and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Provide a comprehensive orientation program for new support workers to introduce them to the organization, its mission, values, and policies.
